Ingredients
  

Chocolate Mixture
  • 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
Decoration
  • 1 cup candy eggs such as chocolate eggs or jelly beans

Method
 

Prepare the Chocolate Mixture
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well coated.
Form the Nests
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using your hands or a spoon, form small nests with the chocolate mixture on the parchment paper, creating a hollow center.
  3. Place the nests in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
Decorate
  1. Once set, fill each nest with candy eggs.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
