  • ▢ 2 shots espresso freshly brewed (see note 1)
  • ▢ 2 teaspoons brown sugar or 1 tablespoon brown sugar syrup (see note 2)
  • ▢ 1 cup ice
  • ▢ ½ cup oat milk extra creamy or barista style
  • ▢ cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Add espresso and brown sugar or brown sugar syrup to a mason jar, cocktail shaker, or lidded leakproof tumbler with a cup of ice. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds or so. Pour into your glass, if you're using a separate glass. If you're using a tumbler (or drinking out of your mason jar) go to the next step!
  2. Top with oat milk and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
