  • 50 grams crackers assorted types
Vegetable Platter
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber sticks
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips
Dips
  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup tzatziki yogurt-based dip
Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 12 pieces button mushrooms stems removed
  • 100 grams cream cheese softened
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare Cheese and Charcuterie
  1. Arrange the assorted cheeses, cured meats, olives, and crackers on a serving platter.
Prepare Vegetable Platter
  1. Place cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, and bell pepper strips in a visually appealing manner on the platter.
Prepare Dips
  1. Serve hummus and tzatziki in small bowls alongside the vegetable platter.
Make Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
