Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh
  • 1/2 cup vodka optional
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste
Garnish
  • 4 slices watermelon for garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon Base
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove pulp.
  3. Add lime juice, mint leaves, vodka (if using), and simple syrup to the watermelon juice and stir well.
Serve the Cocktail
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the watermelon mixture.
  2. Shake well and strain into glasses filled with ice.
  3. Garnish each glass with a slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint.
