Ingredients

Marinade
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for tzatziki
  • 1 medium cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Method

Prepare Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Marinate Chicken
