Method
- If making dough from scratch, mix flour and water until it forms a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Roll dough into thin circles (about golf ball size).
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling on one half of each circle. Fold and seal edges.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry chebureki until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
