Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef 80/20
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or Italian-seasoned
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup ketchup divided
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup ketchup for glaze
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ¼ cup ketchup, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet.
  4. Spread the remaining ketchup mixed with brown sugar over the top of the loaf.
  5. Place the meatloaf on the grill grates and smoke for about 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
