Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ¼ cup ketchup, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet.
Spread the remaining ketchup mixed with brown sugar over the top of the loaf.
Place the meatloaf on the grill grates and smoke for about 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
