Base
  • 8 slices Texas Toast Frozen or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Optional
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced, optional
  • 1 cup Onions Diced, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the Texas toast slices on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings
  1. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each slice of Texas toast.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  3. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions as desired.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings if using.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
