Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 1 box 16 oz Ritz crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce preferably Sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat if desired.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place filled jalapeños on Ritz crackers and arrange on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
