Ingredients
  

Taco Salad Base
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 cups Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn canned or frozen
  • 1 cup Sour Cream for topping
  • 1 cup Salsa for topping
  • 4 large Tortillas for bowls

Method
 

Prepare Tortilla Bowls
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press each tortilla into a tortilla bowl mold and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Cook the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning, following package instructions.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In each tortilla bowl, layer shredded lettuce, cooked beef, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
