  • 1 lb Ground Beef or turkey
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream for topping
  • 1 cup Salsa for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
