Filling
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard Fresh leaves with vibrant colors
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled for tangy flavor
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Store-bought, chilled
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 medium Onion Sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dill or Mint Fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin for richness

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle some olive oil and add chopped onions. Cook until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped Swiss chard to the onions and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the sautéed Swiss chard and onions with crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, and chopped dill or mint. Stir until well combined.
  5. Roll out your puff pastry onto a greased tart pan, pressing it gently into the corners.
  6. Pour your filling into the pastry shell and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
