Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens baby spinach or arugula
  • 1 cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or walnuts optional
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Remove stems from strawberries and slice.
