Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar; press into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
  2. 2. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust.
  3. 3. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water; let cool slightly before adding sliced strawberries.
  4. 4. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for about two hours until set.
  5. 5. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
