  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the sirloin steak into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  4. Dredge each steak strip in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
