  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup green food coloring or as needed

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil for melting
Decorative Sprinkles
  • 1 cup green sprinkles
  • 1 cup gold sprinkles

Method
 

Make Green Rice Krispie Treats
  1. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows together until smooth. Stir in green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  2. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking sheet and let it cool. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Prepare Chocolate Coins
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into coin-shaped molds and let it set in the refrigerator until firm.
Decorate
  1. Once the Rice Krispie treats are cut, decorate them with green and gold sprinkles for a festive touch.
