Ingredients
  

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and diced
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1 small onion finely chopped (red or white)
  • 3 dill pickles chopped
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots separately in salted water until tender; drain.
  2. Once cooled, dice the potatoes and grate the carrots; finely chop the onion and pickles.
  3. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, onion, and pickles; toss gently.
  4. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper. Add to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Carefully fold in smoked salmon to maintain texture.
  6. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
