Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion, carrots, and celery; mince the garlic.
  2. Place chopped vegetables and chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
