Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese 1 cup sharp cheddar, 1 cup Monterey Jack
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread tortilla chips evenly across the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips, followed by black beans and jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with dollops of sour cream and guacamole before serving.
