Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood Boil
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add corn, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain the seafood and vegetables in a colander.
  5. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well and serve alongside the seafood boil.
