  • 1 bunch Swiss chard washed and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic.
  4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the chard is wilted and tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
