  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet, stirring to combine with the garlic.
  4. Sauté the Swiss chard for about 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
