Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 pound bok choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve.
