  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add warm water and stir to form a shaggy dough.
  2. Gently fold in chopped rosemary and minced garlic.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  4. Shape the risen dough into a ball on a floured surface.
  5. Place the dough on parchment, cover, and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours while preheating the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Transfer the dough with parchment into a Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.
