- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt; make a well in the center.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the well along with melted butter, rosemary, and garlic; mix until combined.
- Knead on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for one hour or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down dough, shape into small balls, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
