  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Use flaky sea salt for crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Use fresh zest for maximum flavor.
Cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, optional for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the asparagus thoroughly under cold water and trim off any tough ends.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Add sea salt, cracked pepper, and lemon zest; toss until every spear is coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until tender yet still crisp.
  2. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the hot asparagus right before serving.
