  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded

  • 1 cup bell peppers diced

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables by removing damaged outer leaves from cabbages.
  2. Thinly slice both green and red cabbage into shreds using a knife or mandoline.
