Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 oz red velvet cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cream cheese frosting store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in half of the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  5. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips according to package instructions and dip each ball until fully coated. Place back on parchment paper to set.
