  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen, thawed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
