Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool slightly, then poke holes all over the top using a wooden spoon handle.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the holes, letting it soak in thoroughly.
  6. Spread whipped topping evenly on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
