Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 2 cups potato chips crushed (flavor of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with whisked eggs, and one with crushed potato chips.
