  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can 20 oz sliced pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. Pour into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Arrange the pineapple slices over the brown sugar mixture and place cherries between them.
