Ingredients
  

Fresh Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced Use ripe pineapple for best flavor.
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and minced Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 lime juiced Fresh lime juice is recommended.
Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is best.

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Dice the fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion. Mince the jalapeño and chop the cilantro.
Mix the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
