  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs room temperature

Method
