  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons water adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Gradually add water, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more soy sauce or honey as desired.
