  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 fresh peaches diced
  • 2 cups boiling water

Method
 

  1. Boil water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and dissolve the peach gelatin mix in the boiling water.
  2. Allow the gelatin to cool slightly before refrigerating until it thickens (about 30 minutes).
  3. In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  4. Fold diced peaches into half of the thickened gelatin and pour into a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the peach layer; repeat with remaining gelatin and cream layers.
  6. Chill for at least two hours until fully set before serving.
