  • 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 box 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until fully combined without overmixing.
