Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Russet potatoes about 1.5 lbs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into even sticks, about half an inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. Remove from the oven when golden and crispy; allow to cool slightly before serving.
