Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium red bell pepper thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced red bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
