Ingredients
  

Flan Base
  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate for melting
Toppings
  • strawberries for topping
  • blueberries for topping
  • pomegranate arils for topping
  • fresh mint for topping

Method
 

Cooking Process
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat almond milk and add Nutella and dark chocolate. Mix until the chocolate has melted completely and combined with the milk.
  3. Pour the milk into a blender and blend for a few seconds until you achieve smooth chocolate milk.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Next, beat in the condensed milk, chocolate milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into individual molds or ramekins.
  6. Place the ramekins in a 2-quart square baking dish.
  7. Place the baking dish on the oven rack.
  8. Pour boiling water into the baking dish around the custard cups to a depth of 1 inch.
  9. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the flan comes out clean.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  11. Unmold the Nutella chocolate flans and top with fresh berries and mint leaves.
