Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • cup granulated sugar for crust
  • cup granulated sugar for filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar; mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold half of the fresh blueberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the blueberry filling over the prepared crust and top with remaining blueberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set properly.
  6. Slice and serve cold; drizzle with blueberry sauce if desired.
