Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, espresso powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or Ninja Creami container and chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  3. Once frozen solid, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes for easy blending.
  4. Using the Ninja Creami's scoop function, process until fluffy and creamy.
  5. Top with crushed nuts or dark chocolate shavings if desired.
