Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
Vegetable Fillings
  • 1 cup spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
Meat Fillings (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ham diced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, spinach, bell pepper, onion, and any optional meat fillings.
Baking
  1. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Serving
  1. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your mini quiches!
