Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 17.3 oz puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 3 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or circles.
  3. Slice peaches into thin wedges; drain if using canned peaches.
  4. On a lined baking sheet, place pastry cutouts and arrange peach slices in the center, leaving a half-inch border. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over peaches.
  5. Brush melted butter on the edges of each tart.
  6. Apply egg wash over the entire surface for a glossy finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
