Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, alternating with milk until smooth.
  6. Fill each bundt cavity two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
