Dip Base
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cotija cheese, chili powder, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
