Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

  6. Scoop dollops of dough onto lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
