Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves washed and dried
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges canned or fresh, drained
  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
