Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Base
  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let it cool slightly.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the drained cauliflower to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Bake Casserole
  1. Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
