Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
